AGT 5103
Unsupported FPS (Frame Per Second)
The uploaded video appears to have been recorded at a frame rate that is not supported. CupixVista is compatible with videos recorded at 2 FPS.
•
Please first check the video file directly on your camera to confirm whether it was actually recorded at 2 FPS.
•
If the video was indeed recorded at a different frame rate, this may have been a temporary issue. We recommend taking a short test capture with VistaCapture, and if the result looks fine, try recording again.
•
If the video is confirmed to be 2 FPS but you still see the “Unsupported FPS” error in CupixVista, please
submit a support ticket so we can investigate further.

Processing Error Under Investigation
When this processing error occurs, CupixVista team will be notified. Your 3D map will either resume processing automatically or our team will reach out to you directly with further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please note that if this occurs over a weekend, resolution may be delayed until early the following week.
AGT2403
User Deleted 3D Map During Processing
The 3D map was manually deleted by a user before processing completed. Please recapture 360° video and reprocess.
AGT3003
Corrupted Video File
The 360° video file is corrupted and unplayable. Possible causes include camera hardware/firmware issues, poor internet connection, or other technical problems.
Contact support if the original file plays normally on your device.
AGT5103
Unsupported FPS (Frame Per Second)
The 360° video file was recorded at an unsupported frame rate (FPS). The VistaCapture app automatically configures optimal video recording settings for your 360° camera, and manual changes to these settings are not permitted.
AGT5105
Video Images Appear Completely Black
While recording video footage, it's possible that the lens of your 360 camera was obstructed by a lens cover or another object. Ensure the lens is clear, and remove the lens cover when capturing 360 video.
AGT5106
No Camera Sensor Data Found
The essential sensor data for the 360 camera could not be found in the video metadata (EXIF). This issue may occur randomly with the camera, indicate outdated camera’s firmware, or suggest a potential camera defect. If you encounter the same problem after recapturing 360 video, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance.
AGT5107
Video Metadata (EXIF) Is Missing
Unable to find video metadata. This could be due to modifications made using video editing software on the original raw file or a potential camera defect. To resolve this, please recapture the 360 video and upload the unaltered raw video files. If the issue persists, please contact the manufacturer for additional support.
AGT5109
Invalid Camera Sensor Data
This issue may occur randomly with the camera, indicate outdated camera’s firmware, or suggest a potential camera defect. If you encounter the same problem after recapturing 360 video, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance.
AGT5115
No Camera Movement Detected
A processing error occurred because the camera remained stationary during recording (e.g., placed on a desk or floor without movement).
Please recapture 360 video while covering a distance of at least 5 meters (16 ft) during the video recording.

AGT5202
Notable Drift Detected During SLAM Processing
Our SLAM technique reconstructs the walking path by analyzing image consistency among video frames. In cases where the captured site poses significant challenges, this can result in notable drift issues and the inability to generate a 3D map. These challenges could encompass the following:
•
Extremely low light conditions with minimal illumination.
•
Frequent transitions between bright and dark areas during recording.
•
Changes in the scene structure while capturing videos, such as the movement of objects or the opening and closing of doors.
•
The presence of numerous reflective glasses and mirrors within the scene.
•
Rapid camera motion exceeding typical walking speeds, particularly indoors.
AGT5203
Excessive Camera Movement Speed
Your walking speed while capturing a 360 video exceeds the normal pace. Please recapture 360 video at a normal walking speed of 4-6 km/h (or 2.5-4 mph).
AGT5204
Video Images Are Too Dark
The site's brightness level is extremely low. Please recapture the 360 video under lighting conditions that allow humans to recognize objects and walk without colliding with obstacles.
AGT5205
Camera Sensor Data Damaged
A portion of the camera's sensor data appears to be damaged. This problem may occur randomly with the camera or indicate a potential defect in the camera. If you encounter the same problem after recapturing 360 video, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance.
AGT5206, AGT5115
Insufficient Video Motion
3D reconstruction requires sufficient camera movement throughout the recording. The current video lacks adequate motion for map generation. Please recapture while moving the camera at least 5 meters (16 ft) through the scene.
AGT5207
Video Duration Too Short
The video is too short for 3D map reconstruction. Please record for at least 30 seconds while walking around the space or varying the camera height, even in smaller areas.
